A substantial and elegant late Victorian heart-shaped brooch/pendant
set with a central cabochon sapphire
the rectangular aquamarine has pretty looped goldwork on either side of the stone and 5 gold bands
inscribed "Simon Newburn ob 13 Apr 1784 aet 75"
