Domaine de Panisse 'Le Mazet' Cotes-du-Rhone, 2020 Cabernet Franc with peaches and vanilla creamCrafted from very old vines (60% Grenache, 40% Syrah) and grown on n a mix of sand and silt clay limestone and quartz soils, this equally gulpable and special wine from the village of Serignan du Comtat shows concentrated dark black and red fruits, integrated tannin, and a lovely pop of balanced acidity so rare in wines of this primary delight.
